Dedicated to introducing today's generation tothe forgotten tastes and flavors of Ottoman Palace cuisine, during the week of Christmas and New Year's Eve, Asitane will be offering its guests a tasting menu inspired by the cuisines of the different cultures making up the cultural history of Istanbul,
preparing the selections according to the beliefs, customs and traditions of the
Turkish,Levantine, Rumelian, Armenian, Greek and Jewish communities.
